The year 2024 will be remembered as a decisive period for SmartRental Group (SRG), which has achieved outstanding results in a highly competitive market environment. During this year, SRG experienced a 44% increase in its total revenues, in addition to a 30% increase in RevPAR (revenue per available room) of comparable assets, closing the year with an EBITDA that exceeds 33% over the previous year. New additions, such as Akeah Broncemar Maspalomas, Smartr Las Ventas, Málaga Centro, Lloret de Mar, Maspalomas Corinto and Live It Málaga, add to the company's growing portfolio, expanding the offer in highly attractive tourist destinations such as the Canary Islands, Andalusia and the Costa Brava.
These results reflect a strategy focused on expansion, diversification and operational excellence, consolidated through the management of 4.373 rooms and 5.031 beds. With significant openings and a constantly growing portfolio, SRG reaffirms its commitment to innovation and internationalization.
It is important to highlight that the group has opened seven strategic assets that reinforce its presence in key destinations, strengthening its flexible accommodation offer and its ability to adapt to new market demands. Among the most relevant openings are those carried out under already established brands, which reaffirms its position in the sector.
