Fire in the kitchen of the Mogán Princess Hotel, located in Taurito, Mogán, caused the rapid intervention of the emergency services
Early this morning, a fire in the kitchen of the Mogán Princess Hotel in Taurito caused great fear among guests and employees of the establishment. The fire, which started in one of the hotel's catering areas, immediately mobilized the emergency services, who managed to extinguish the flames without any injuries or serious structural damage.

Members of the Gran Canaria Emergency Consortium, together with the Civil Guard and the Mogán Local Police, went to the scene to control the situation and ensure safety in the premises. The rapid action of the firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to other areas of the hotel.
The authorities have opened an investigation to determine the cause of the fire and rule out any additional risk in the area. In the meantime, the establishment has resumed its normal activity following the safety assessment carried out by technicians.
Intervening services: The operation involved personnel from the Gran Canaria Fire Brigade Consortium, the Mogán Local Police, the Civil Guard and the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), who coordinated the intervention to ensure safety in the area.
