The beach bar area will be open for five days and will have a different theme each night.

Southern Gran Canaria is gearing up for the most crowded event of the year. The Maspalomas International Carnival, dedicated this year to "Mexican love," is just around the corner, and the dates and times for the beach bar area are now known. They will be located, as is traditional, in the parking lots on Avenida de España.
In addition, this year the beach bar area will feature a different theme each night, adding a lively atmosphere to the Maspalomas International Carnival. Sponsoring companies Arehucas, Coca-Cola, Pernod Ricard, and Tropical will be in charge of surprising and entertaining all those who come to enjoy Maspalomas' Carnival nights.
It will begin on the first weekend of the festivities: Friday, March 21, and Saturday, March 22, from 23:00 PM to 04:30 AM. It will then resume after the Drag Gala on Thursday, March 27, and continue on Friday, March 28, after the Tourist Gala, both days with the aforementioned schedule.
And so we'll get to the main event on Saturday, March 29th, after the Grand Parade, where we'll once again have access to the beach bar area, this time with extended hours, opening at 21:00 PM and closing at 05:00 AM.
There will be 20 beach bars, 5 of which will be social and managed by associations and clubs in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The remaining 15 will be managed by industry professionals who have met all the requirements established in the bidding rules published last February by the Department of Tourism, Events, and Celebrations, headed by Councilor Yilenia Vega.
In this way, the council has guaranteed equal opportunities by establishing selection and evaluation criteria that prioritized applicants with a tax domicile in the municipality, experience in other carnivals, and the use of returnable cups and biodegradable containers.
Finally, it's worth noting that Avenida de Estados Unidos (in front of the mini golf course) will also feature several taverns and food trucks that will delight attendees and complement the area's already extensive culinary offerings. Once again, the Maspalomas International Carnival, a Festival of Tourist Interest in the Canary Islands, will guarantee fun and well-being for its audience. Come on, bro!
