The companies and individuals involved include: Caja Siete, Caja Rural Sociedad Cooperativa de Crédito, Ayagaures Medio Ambiente, SL, of Grupo Pérez Moreno, owners of the Beverly Park Hotel in Playa del Inglés with Relaxia Hotels, Videoreport Canarias, SA, Zebra Producciones, SA, and individuals such as Guillermo Yuste de Ayala, Luis Cortezo Dolagaray, Manuel María Romero Ruiz, Marta Ramírez González, José Manuel Trinidad Martín-Arroyo, Miguel Martínez Monsoriu, José Francisco Ramírez Ortuño, and Agustín Peralt Rillo. Cajasiete, Caja Rural Sociedad Cooperativa de Crédito, has sold and transferred its 16,97% stake to Iniciativas Digitales, SL, Ayagaures Medio Ambiente, SL has transferred its 29,10% stake, also to Iniciativas Digitales, SL, and Videoreport Canarias, SA has transferred 28,75% of its stake to Iniciativas Digitales, SL and an additional 0,45% to Zebra Producciones, SA. Other individual shareholders, including: Guillermo Yuste de Ayala sold 1,10%; Luis Cortezo Dolagaray transferred 2,30%; Manuel María Romero Ruiz transferred 5,00%; Marta Ramírez González transferred 2,29%; José Manuel Trinidad Martín-Arroyo sold 9,45%; Miguel Martínez Monsoriu transferred 1,52% and José Francisco Ramírez Ortuño transferred 1,27%. In addition to Agustín Peralt Rillo, who sold 1,70%. All of these shares were acquired by Iniciativas Digitales, SL, owned by the Asturian parent company Zebra.
