The new week will bring sunny days, summer temperatures and a calm sea to southern Gran Canaria.
Next week looks very favorable in the south and southeast of Gran Canaria, including Mogán, with predominantly sunny weather, rising temperatures, and ideal sea conditions for outdoor activities, according to the AEMET Canarias forecast.
Between Monday, April 28, and Friday, May 2, 2025, skies will remain partly cloudy for the first few days, with the possibility of isolated light showers. Starting Wednesday, a progressive increase in atmospheric stability is expected, with predominantly sunny skies and highs reaching 32 degrees in coastal areas in the south of the island.
The wind will blow lightly on the south and west coasts, with light breezes of force 1 to 3 and rough seas, making it easy to enjoy beaches and water sports. No significant haze is expected, ensuring good air quality throughout the week.
According to AEMET, the best days to enjoy the sun will be Thursday, May 1, and Friday, May 2, when the weather will be dry, warm, and with mostly cloudy skies. The entire southern coast of Gran Canaria will enjoy exceptional conditions for tourism and outdoor recreation.
