The El Tablero Festival celebrates its grand weekend with a packed program of activities for all ages, culminating on Sunday with one of its most anticipated events: the Grand Paella. This year, the iconic gastronomic event will have an even more special flavor, as ten residents of the neighborhood have been invited to join the team that will cook this giant paella, designed for more than 5.000 people; a unique experience that unites tradition, community, and neighborhood participation.
The gastronomic event will be held on Sunday, May 18 at 14:00 p.m. outside the Municipal Sports Pavilion of El Tablero, and will be followed by a verbena solajera to Paco Guedes y EightytourThe finale of the party will be led by the comedian Little Lorraine, in the Plaza de El Tablero at 21: 30 pmBut before that, the weekend program is packed with recreational, cultural, and religious offerings.
To begin with, this Thursday the 15th Is celebrated the Mayor's Day in the Public Square of El Tablero, starting at 19 pm, a day dedicated to the elderly where they will share toasts and snacks. Friday will start with Children's activitiesat 18: 00 pm for the little ones, and from the 21: 00 pm, the stage will be filled with local talent with the long-awaited event of SCALA in HI FI, dedicated to the great Spanish artists participating in Eurovision, by the Moonster Cultural AssociationIn addition, there will be musical performances by the singer Nia, Eightytour y DJ Ardy, all of this in the Public Square.
The day of Saturday it starts at 11: 00 pm with a domino tournament, already 16: 00 pm will take place the traditional Descent of the Branch, one of the most anticipated events for the residents of El Tablero, which will end in the fun Foam partyThe Plaza de El Tablero will light up its stage at 23 pm to dance to the rhythm of Harmony Show, Bakano Rhythm y DJ Yunes.
El sunday It starts with the Solemn Religious Service at 12: 00 pm, accompanied by the sung mass of the Friends of the Cucaña Group, followed by the procession through the streets of the neighborhood. At 14: 00 pm will take place the expected Great Popular Paella, a symbol of unity and collective celebration.
