"Protocol and Personal Image" is the course scheduled at the 30rd Maspalomas Summer University, which will offer the knowledge and tools to help improve personal safety and self-confidence, both physically and mentally. Classes will be held from June 4th to July 17th at the Maspalomas Cultural Center, from 00:19 PM to 00:XNUMX PM.

The program for this course is based on knowledge of "Inner Growth," to learn that, among other things, "the most important relationship is the relationship with yourself," as well as self-image, self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence. Another aspect of the training program will analyze "Personal Style," to maximize one's image. In "Nonverbal Communication," gestures will be analyzed, and in "Educational Rules and Table Etiquette," students will learn how to behave and general etiquette. Finally, in the "Body Posture" workshop, students will learn the most appropriate postures for wearing clothes, as well as how to walk confidently, even in heels.
The 33rd edition of the Maspalomas Summer University is organized by the Department of Culture of the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council, the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and the Gran Canaria Island Council.
