What is most significant is not only its recent creation, but also the profile of its directors and its network of representatives: Operaciones Marítimas Canarias SL, Bristol Bay Sociedad Limitada, Invencible Capital Sociedad Limitada, and Avantech Equipos Sociedad Limitada. At the forefront of this powerful alliance is Invencible Capital, as president of Transoceánica Canaria.
The names behind these companies are not anonymous. Rodolfo Núñez Ruano, president of Binter and formerly of CajaCanarias, represents Operaciones Marítimas Canarias SL and sits on the board of Transoceánica Canaria. German Carlos Suárez Calvo, representative and director of Invencible Capital, holds the presidency of the new company, which is headquartered in the Astican building.
