Within the framework of its bankruptcy proceedings, identified as 64/2022, Commercial Court Number 2 of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, under the supervision of Judge Guillermo Fernández García, has issued recent rulings that directly impact the management of its proceedings and the composition of its board.
The management of Santana Cazorla's bankruptcy case has undergone significant changes within the administrative team. On August 2, 2024, the Court confirmed the revocation of PKF Attest Concursal SCP as one of the insolvency administrators. It is important to remember that, at the time, Itsaso Santos Olalde had been appointed as this firm's representative. However, just a month later, on September 2, 2024, an unexpected turn of events occurred: the same Court proceeded to appoint new administrators. On the one hand, Insol Expertos Concursales SLP was appointed, and, interestingly, PKF Attest Concursal SCP was also renamed in the process, suggesting a strategic reconfiguration in the management of the bankruptcy proceedings.
In parallel with these adjustments in the bankruptcy administration, the Santana Cazorla Group's management structure has also seen significant resignations. Recently, Petrecan Sociedad Limitada has resigned from his positions as director and vice president of the company, and Francisco Jesús Ronda Martínez has also resigned from his position as director.
