At the same time, the chain is finalizing preparations to undertake significant renovations in some of its most emblematic establishments, with an estimated budget of 100 millones de euros Planned to be completed in the next 2-3 years, this project represents a firm commitment to modernizing its hotel facilities and strengthening the brand's positioning in the competitive Canary Islands tourism market.

In line with this expansion process, Servatur Hotels & Resorts will soon move to some New headquarters located in the south of Gran Canaria, which will allow the organizational structure to be adapted to the current and future needs of the company.

Specifically, the chain is actively seeking a food and beverage director, a technical director and a/an head of internal communicationsPositions that will play a key role in the organization's evolution at a particularly important time of transformation and consolidation. These positions will offer the opportunity to actively participate in the group's present and future development by driving operational excellence and strengthening internal communication.
