The AEMET Canarias forecast indicates a sunny week, high temperatures, and no precipitation in the south and southeast of the island. Moderate northeasterly winds are expected starting Wednesday.
Southern Gran Canaria will continue to experience summer-like conditions from Sunday, August 3, to Saturday, August 10, 2025, according to forecasts from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET). Clear skies will prevail in municipalities such as San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Mogán, Agüimes, and Ingenio, with maximum temperatures ranging between 30 and 33 degrees Celsius in coastal areas and slightly lower temperatures in mid-mountain areas.
During the first few days of the period, the wind will be light, but will gradually intensify starting on Wednesday the 6th, with moderate northeasterly gusts, especially during the middle of the day. No significant rain or adverse weather conditions are expected, although light haze at altitude is not ruled out on specific days.
In the north of the island, and especially in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the sky will remain cloudy in the mornings, with clearings in the afternoon, and milder temperatures than in the south, between 24 and 27 degrees.
