The Association of Elite Clubs of Gran Canaria and San Roque University Hospitals (HUSR) have consolidated a strategic alliance for the second consecutive year that unites health and high sports performance.
Throughout the months of July to September, some 170 elite athletes will spend their preseason medical check-ups at the facilities of San Roque University Hospitals in Las Palmas, under the supervision of a specialized multidisciplinary team in sports medicine, composed of professionals from Cardiology, General Medicine, Sports Medicine, Nursing and other specialties.

The reviews have started with the Remudas Handball Club Gran Canaria Island (Rocasa), kicking off the scheduled calendar for all the teams that make up the Association.
