The Gran Canaria-based Aloe Hotels chain has opened its first international hotel, the Aloe Emira NKC, in the heart of the Mauritanian capital, consolidating its commitment to expansion and innovation in the hotel sector. This establishment has been designed to serve professionals who need to hold business meetings, corporate presentations, or industry events, as well as ship and aircraft crews, doctors, tourism workers, and suppliers to local companies, offering facilities tailored to all their needs.
The hotel has 32 modern rooms, meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, a cafeteria, a restaurant, and an ice cream parlor, all open to both guests and external visitors. Each facility combines functionality and comfort, creating an environment conducive to productivity and professional interaction. Furthermore, the hotel acts as a strategic meeting point for international and local companies, facilitating connections between suppliers, professionals from different sectors, and business travelers. Its location and services make it a leading corporate hub, where business and training are integrated with Canarian hospitality.
María Rivera, director of Aloe Hotels, emphasizes that the project also seeks to train future local professionals: "We want Aloe Emira NKC to be a training hotel, offering training in hotel management and tourism services," she states. In a second phase, a rooftop with panoramic views of the city and training rooms will be added, reinforcing its role as a networking and professional development center in Nouakchott. This second Aloe Hotels hotel, next to the iconic Las Canteras establishment in Gran Canaria, reflects the chain's vision: to export the quality and experience of Canarian hospitality, generate local employment and training, and position its hotels as benchmarks for innovation and professionalization in new international markets.
