The Bluesea Hotels chain, with strong roots in Gran Canaria, having previously managed the Marieta, formerly Labranda, has taken a new step in its expansion strategy in the Canary Islands by announcing the addition of the Aloe Corralejo resort, previously managed by O7Hotels under the World2Meet (W2M) brand. Starting September 1st, the property will be renamed Bluesea Aloe Corralejo and will be integrated into the company's international portfolio.
Located opposite the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park and just minutes from some of the island's most popular beaches, the complex has 181 apartments and a comprehensive range of leisure and service options: seven swimming pools, a spa, a gym, buffet restaurants, a cafeteria, and activities designed for families and long-stay travelers.
Bluesea Hotels founder and CEO Sebastiá Catalá celebrated the transaction, highlighting that this merger "consolidates the company's commitment to Fuerteventura and strengthens the Canary Islands' position as a strategic destination in Europe's main source markets."
The alliance with O7Hotels is part of a joint strategy to gain visibility in international markets, at a time when Fuerteventura continues to climb the ladder as a preferred destination in the mid-to-high-end segment of holiday tourism.
With this addition, Bluesea Hotels expands its portfolio in the Islands and reaffirms its commitment to offering complete vacation experiences in unique settings, thus consolidating its presence in the Archipelago, where the tourism sector continues to represent more than 30% of GDP and remains a driver of employment and investment.
