The Arenas Sur School (CAS) reported the recent renewal of the Sur Quality seal in accordance with the AENOR ISO 9001:2015 standard, a certification that becomes the twenty-first favorable audit since its constitution, and for whose results it thanks the team for its efforts. director, members of the administration and participating teachers.
“We extend our gratitude,” says the CAS in a statement, “to the families, students and supplier companies, in short, to the entire Community, with whose effort and commitment this new achievement has been made possible” which, according to the center, indicates “Above all, the desire to continue betting on Quality and Innovation.”
AUDIT OBJECTIVES AND NEW REQUIREMENTS
The renewal of the Quality seal for the Arenas School occurs after completing the external evaluation process of AENOR International that indicates the establishment, communication and monitoring of Quality and Excellence objectives, among which the report highlighted “the commitment to develop the SDGs in a manner aligned with their projects and areas of work.” As evidence of this commitment, he points out the incorporation of the CAS to the Network of Eco-Schools and the obtaining of the Global School Program certification, obtained in only 5 centers in Spain, with 80 candidates accepted out of 2135 applications in 109 countries whose first milestone is the accreditation as ECHOSCHOOL.

The objectives of the AENOR audit are to determine the conformity of the center's Management System and evaluate its capacity to comply with the applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements, as well as evaluate its effectiveness in relation to the established objectives.
