The south of Gran Canaria remains the island's main tourist hub, concentrating the majority of the hotel offering and attracting significant interest among investors. The resorts for sale in the south of the island are not affiliated with any hotel chains.

Major transactions are mostly handled at Deloitte in Las Palmas, as large investors use this type of firm to coordinate processes with financial institutions.

In Playa del Inglés, a 15-room hotel with 750 square meters of built area, located 3 km from Maspalomas, is listed for €4.000.000. Also in Maspalomas, a complex of 12 tourist apartments with 657 square meters of built area, near Playa del Inglés, the Maspalomas Dunes, and the Yumbo Center, is listed for €4.700.000.

In Campo Internacional, Maspalomas, a renovated 6-star boutique hotel with six apartments near the beach is valued at €5 and offers flexible operation through horizontal division.

In Playa del Inglés, another renovated 18-room, 4-star beachfront hotel is priced at €4.600.000. A larger, renovated 66-star hotel with 14 rooms and 4 retail spaces is being offered for €14.300.000, combining accommodation and retail activity in an established area of Playa del Inglés. This type of property allows for diversified profitability by including retail units that generate additional income beyond the accommodation.

The municipality of Mogán also offers interesting opportunities. In Mogán, a complex of 46 apartments, each measuring between 69 and 72 square meters, with a parking space, storage room, swimming pools for adults and children, and a pool bar, represents an attractive investment option, although its price has not been publicly specified.

In Arguineguín, a building with six apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms, located in the center and just minutes from the beach, is listed for €6. In Puerto de Mogán, a 1-square-meter urban plot with the potential for tourism development is valued at €2, offering room for new hotel infrastructure or improvements to existing ones.

Tourist demand in southern Gran Canaria remains high, driven primarily by European markets, especially Germany, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom.
