Meeting Point Hotel Management confirmed this Wednesday the renewal of the lease for the Alyssa Suite Hotel, located in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. This agreement reinforces the industry's confidence in Meeting Point Hotels' management and has the strategic support of Bluesea Hotels, which brings experience and solidity to the project.
The renovation guarantees the continuity of a key establishment in southern Lanzarote, known for its privileged location and commitment to providing a quality holiday experience. Joan Cruz, of Meeting Point Hotel Management, stated that "the renewal of the Hotel Alyssa contract is a clear demonstration of the trust placed in our management model. With Bluesea's support, we are strengthening our position in the Canary Islands and opening up new opportunities for development and sustainable growth."
For its part, Bluesea Hotels emphasizes that this alliance generates positive synergies, benefiting both guests and destinations, and strengthens the company's stability in the archipelago. The agreement also confirms the joint commitment to consolidating Meeting Point Hotel Management's presence in the Canary Islands, boosting the image of Playa Blanca and Lanzarote as leading tourist destinations internationally. According to the company, 95% of the hotels currently rented will be renovated, with some of them being integrated into its property portfolio.
