According to an analysis of average OTA prices, with data updated as of October 6, 2025, the cost of a weekend night shows a marked category gap, with luxury remaining at the top of the price range and the 3-star segment offering the most significant savings.
The period between October and December 2025 sets the market dynamics. The 5-star category consistently hovers in the higher range, fluctuating between €309 and €360. Reservations for 4-star hotels fall into the mid-range of €206 to €257, while 3-star hotels offer prices ranging from €51 to €154, although with peaks approaching €206 in some weeks.
The trend shows a slight increase in prices in the higher categories towards November and the first weeks of December (November 3, 2025 to December 8, 2025), coinciding with the peak of the high season. The main price triggers are Christmas and New Year's Eve: the weeks of December 22, 2025 and December 29, 2025, saw a notable increase in all three categories, with the 5-star category reaching its highest price, close to €360.
Projections for the first quarter of 2026 (January-March), analyzed six months in advance, confirm that the destination is sustaining high rates, especially in the premium segment. The last week of 2025 (year-end) shows the highest prices of the period, with 5-star hotels hovering around €380. However, in the first full week of 2026, prices dropped dramatically in the higher categories, returning to their stable range. Savings at 3-Star Hotels: The 3-star category offers the greatest opportunity for savings, with prices ranging between €54 and €163 during the quarter.
