Coalición Canaria has presented its new Local Executive Committee in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, just two weeks after the election of Alejandro Marichal as local secretary. The nationalist organization thus begins a new era marked by organizational reinforcement, citizen participation, and the renewal of its internal structure.
Marichal emphasized that this new leadership "represents the diversity of our municipality, the commitment to the neighborhoods, and the willingness to work as a team to regain public trust."
The new Executive Committee combines institutional experience with new additions and strategic areas adapted to the municipality's current challenges. Yilenia Vega will lead the Organization Secretariat, with Estefanía González as deputy secretary. Alexis Moreno will assume the position of Deputy Secretary for Sectoral Policies, with Carlos Fernández responsible for the area.
Dimas Sarmiento will lead the Vice-Secretariat for Canarian Identity and Programs, accompanied by Antonio Gil. Lucía Jiménez will occupy another Vice-Secretariat, headed by Alberto Miranda. Additionally, Davinia Ramírez and Ruyman Cardoso will coordinate the Sectoral Committees, while Naira Alonso will be responsible for Legal Services.
This governing body becomes the backbone of the Canary Islands Coalition's political and social work in San Bartolomé de Tirajana, and expands its capacity for action in key sectors of the municipality's community life.
The leadership is completed by a broad team of members who bring regional diversity, youth, and political experience: Jimmy Angulo, Francisco Herrera, Maxi Ojeda, Fátima Rahmouni, Francisco Ravelo, Luis Vega, Mohamed Mohand, Samanta Fernández, Nayra Arbelo, Pino Dolores Santana, Esteban Santana, Jaqueline Hernández, and Miguel Ángel Fernández. All of them will act as a bridge between the organization and the municipality's various population centers.
Alejandro Marichal emphasized that this Executive Committee "responds to a clear strategy to strengthen participation, improve communication with citizens, and consolidate our presence in every corner of the municipality."
With this renewal, the Canary Islands Coalition begins a new political era focused on closeness, teamwork, and the defense of local interests from a nationalist and municipalist perspective.
