According to the AEMET Canarias weekly forecast, between October 12 and 19, 2025, rain will continue to avoid reaching the south of Gran Canaria. The days will be marked by clear skies and a warmer than usual atmosphere for this time of year, especially in the municipalities of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Mogán, Ingenio, Agüimes, and Santa Lucía de Tirajana. Maximum temperatures will be between 25°C and 27°C on the coast, while minimum temperatures will range between 18°C and 21°C, with mild nights and almost no humidity.
The wind will blow predominantly from the northeast, moderate during the middle of the day and with some stronger gusts in high or exposed areas. At sea, rough or light swell conditions will prevail, with moderate waves on the eastern side and calmer waves on the southwest beaches, favoring nautical activities and coastal tourism.
In the north of the island, temperatures will be somewhat milder, with highs of 24°C to 26°C and partly cloudy skies. Low morning cloud cover is possible in mid-mountain areas, although significant rain is not forecast. The trade winds will continue to provide general atmospheric stability throughout the week.
