It will be held on the weekend of November 22nd and 23rd, with the participation of 52 farmers and producers from the Island

The 34th edition of the Km.0 Gran Canaria Fair will be held on the weekend of November 22nd and 23rd at the Agüimes Fairgrounds, organized by Infecar, the Gran Canaria Fair. This year, 52 farmers and producers from 14 municipalities across the island will participate, accompanied by the Canary Islands Institute of Agri-Food Quality (ICCA).

Agüimes, the host municipality, is the town that contributes the most stallholders to the fair, with a dozen vendors of agri-food products, wines and cheeses; specialists in the preparation of pata, producers of micro-vegetables, beer makers and representatives of the Salinas de Bocabarranco.

The other two municipalities in the Southeast of Gran Canaria, Ingenio and Santa Lucía, which attend the fair with eight and six producers respectively, add to the offer products such as spices, aloe vera drinks, bread, plants and flowers, honey and olives, as well as cheeses.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Moya, Santa Brígida, Valsequillo, San Bartolomé de Tirajana, Arucas, San Mateo, Teror, Firgas, Gáldar and Telde complete the list of participating municipalities in this edition, which will also feature mushrooms, jams, sugarcane, ice cream, juices and pastries, among other things.

The Km.0 Gran Canaria Fairs aim to promote local products and give visibility to producers from the different municipalities of the Island, so they are itinerant and their location changes each time.
