The City Council activates the Christmas decoration work plan for the Urban Park, including the streets and roundabouts of the municipality.
The conversion of the South Urban Park into a large theme park dedicated entirely to Christmas is taking shape at the pace planned by the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council to uphold the tradition and, as last year, celebrate a new edition of 'Christmas of the World' there.
Starting this Monday, the San Bartolomé de Tirajana City Council is working on the installation of ambient lighting elements intended to decorate the 89.238 square meters that comprise the perimeter of this public space.
These ornamentation and lighting works of the 'Christmas Park' are being carried out in a planned manner and with safety measures to adorn the entire site with three-dimensional elements of low-consumption LED lights.
Large-format decorative structures are being erected, even with heavy machinery, to transform the South Urban Park into a dreamlike space where families from the municipality and the entire island can enjoy the trip to the San Bartolomé de Tirajana Christmas Park 2025.
In addition to the large Christmas greetings being installed in strategic transit locations, in the main roundabouts of the municipality and in different population centers, the planting of some 4.000 poinsettias has also been underway since last Monday.
