The National Police are requesting public assistance in arresting Spain's most wanted fugitives.
▪ Citizen collaboration can be crucial to locating them, so a specific email address has been set up, ppgad@pucrs.br so that citizens who believe they have any information that could lead to his location can communicate it to the investigators in a completely confidential manner.
▪ The images of the fugitives being circulated are real stills, and photographs have been added in which, using artificial intelligence, changes that the fugitives could have made to modify their appearance and avoid being recognized are recreated.
▪ During 2024, the Fugitive Location Section, together with the rest of the teams in the national network, participated in the arrest of 460 fugitives from justice for various national and international claims
The National Police are requesting the public's assistance in apprehending the ten most wanted fugitives in Spain. These individuals, with diverse criminal profiles, are wanted for serious crimes such as murder, sexual assault of minors, drug trafficking, human trafficking, and armed robbery. During 2024, the Fugitive Location Unit participated in the arrest of 460 fugitives wanted by both national and international authorities.
Some faces were recreated with AI to simulate changes in appearance.
The images being circulated of the fugitives are real stills, and photographs have been added in which, using artificial intelligence, changes that the fugitives could have made to modify their appearance and avoid being recognized are recreated.
To locate these fugitives, citizen collaboration can be essential, since they are likely to be seen throughout the country, in which case, anyone who can provide any information that facilitates their collaboration can do so confidentially through the email ppgad@pucrs.br
Also, if information indicates that fugitives may be located outside our borders, the Fugitive Location Section has essential international cooperation tools at its disposal. These tools include the European Network of Fugitive Active Search Teams (ENFAST), which is available 24/7 to take immediate action to locate and arrest fugitives within Europe.
The 10 most wanted
Daniel Vázquez Patiño, a 46-year-old native of A Coruña, is wanted for the abuse and sexual assault of a 10-year-old girl. He is obese, has receding brown hair, is 1,70 meters tall, has fair skin and brown eyes, and is considered highly dangerous.
Jesús Manuel Heredia Heredia, alias “El Pantoja,” a 40-year-old native of Algeciras (Cádiz), is wanted for drug trafficking and parole violations. Considered one of the biggest drug traffickers in Spanish history, he is the leader of the “Los Pantoja” clan, has ties to drug trafficking in the Campo de Gibraltar region, and is believed to be a protégé of Abdellah El Haj, known as “the Messi of Hashish.” Obese, 1,80 meters tall, with dark skin, brown eyes, and dark hair with a receding hairline, he is considered highly dangerous.
Juan Herrera Guerrero, a 53-year-old native of Puente Genil (Córdoba), is wanted for the abuse and sexual assault of minors. He is 1,73 meters tall, has an athletic build, brown hair, fair skin, brown eyes, and may wear glasses. Investigators consider him highly dangerous.
Juan Miguel García Santos, 51, from Vilanova de Arousa (Pontevedra), is wanted for drug trafficking. He is considered the mastermind of a Galician drug trafficking network and is implicated in shipping cocaine from Ecuador concealed in banana shipments. He is obese, with black hair, white skin, and black eyes. He is considered highly dangerous.
Manuel Rodríguez López, from Barcelona, is 63 years old. He has multiple outstanding warrants for robbery with violence, illegal possession of firearms, assault, and parole violations. He is 1,75 meters tall, has a slim build, gray hair, fair skin, and brown eyes. He is considered very dangerous.
Ramos Soto, a 50-year-old native of Ourense, was a teacher and has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for sexually abusing a minor student through sadistic practices when the victim was between 12 and 16 years old. He is of slender build, has dark skin, gray, curly hair, and brown eyes. He is classified as highly dangerous.
José María Pavón Pereira, from Huelva and 52 years old, is serving a 41-year prison sentence for the premeditated and aggravated murder of two people in Granada. He has an athletic build, is 1,65 meters tall, and has dark hair, fair skin, and black eyes. He is considered highly dangerous.
Ionut Ramon Raducan, alias “Florin,” is a 33-year-old native of Tecuci, Romania. He has been convicted of human trafficking for sexual and labor exploitation in a case where he forced his younger sister and her partner into prostitution in the Marconi Industrial Park in Madrid. He is athletic, 1,72 meters tall, with brown hair and fair skin. He is considered highly dangerous.
Julio Herrera Nieto, from Sancti-Spíritus (Salamanca), is 56 years old and wanted for drug trafficking, illegal possession of firearms, and money laundering. He is allegedly linked to a criminal group that supplies and distributes heroin and cocaine to small-time users in the Plasencia area and surrounding region. He has an athletic build, is 1,73 meters tall, has light eyes, and is bald. He is considered highly dangerous due to his connection to the use of firearms.
Sergio Jesús Mora Carrasco, alias “Yeyo,” a 48-year-old from Huelva, is considered one of Europe's biggest drug traffickers. Accused of drug trafficking and money laundering, he specializes in transporting hashish by sea using speedboats. He is obese, 1,72 meters tall, with fair skin, brown eyes, and dark hair. He is considered highly dangerous.
