Gran Canaria is a candidate for ELLE UK's 2026 spa guide

From Morocco and Indonesia to Greece, the chosen destinations captivate readers with their restorative treatments and unforgettable experiences. In search of the 2026 selection, a representative visited two wellness centers in Gran Canaria associated with ELLE UK. Gran Canaria Spa, Wellness & Health.

 

The first one was Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenitywhich hosted the British magazine during its brief stay. Its location nestled among the mountains positions it as a refuge far from the noise, ideal for disconnecting and finding oneself. However, its charm lies not only in its scenery. It's no secret that aloe vera is the star product at the hotel's spa, Be Aloe Wellness. Here, the guest journalist enjoyed the Aloe Experience, a treatment that goes beyond mere well-being. Using this ingredient, known for its health benefits, she received a facial, a body ritual, and finished with an aloe vera drink.

 

 

The second haven of peace that the ELLE UK editor immersed herself in was the Hotel Cordial Mogán PlayaThis hotel is characterized by its design that evokes traditional Canarian houses, combining local charm with a unique wellness experience. Its Inagua Spa & Wellness features a circuit, sauna, and massage cabins where guests received themed treatments. It also boasts an outdoor garden perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

 

 

Following the visit, we hope to discover in the coming months whether any of these spas will receive a special mention in the ELLE Spa Guide 2026.
