The BLUESEA Hotels chain begins the year with important strategic moves that reinforce its sustained growth and consolidate its presence in the country's main tourist destinations.

This January, BLUESEA finalized the acquisition of the companies leasing the Moondreams brand hotels , part of the Soho Boutique Hotels group's vacation division . This transaction adds 17 new hotels to the company's portfolio, totaling 1.811 rooms . The hotels are located in popular tourist destinations such as the Costa del Sol, Cullera, Ibiza, Menorca, Costa de la Luz, Costa de Almería, Cantabria, and Pontevedra . The company assumed administrative management of these assets on January 1st , while operational and commercial management will take effect on February 1st.

In addition, the group has added the management of the Hotel Rey Carlos to its portfolio, a 3-star establishment located in Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria , with 141 rooms . In the coming months, this hotel will undergo a renovation process to update its offerings and align them with the chain's standards.

Also included is the Hotel Torremolinos Centro , in the heart of Torremolinos (Malaga) , with 110 rooms , reinforcing BLUESEA's consolidated presence in this key destination on the Costa del Sol.

Finally, La Cicer is added to the portfolio , a complex of 40 apartments located in the center of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria , just 100 meters from Las Canteras Beach , one of the most sought-after urban enclaves by national and international travelers.

It is worth remembering that at the end of December the final acquisition process of Labranda / Meeting Point Hotels was successfully completed , a key operation for the expansion of the group, with the addition of 15 new establishments in the Canary Islands.

As a result of all these operations, BLUESEA will progressively rebrand its various hotels, which will then operate under the BLUESEA Hotels banner . This will also include their listing on the brand's new corporate website (blueseahotels.com).

With these new additions, BLUESEA Hotels reaches a total of 63 hotels and manages a volume of 9.560 rooms , positioning itself as one of the top 10 hotel chains in Spain and as a leader in the “Value for Money” segment.

This significant growth is part of the group's strategy to consolidate a management model focused on holiday tourism , with functional, well-located accommodations designed for a diverse traveler , under a clear proposition:

to make vacations easy, convenient and hassle-free.
