SPAR Gran Canaria has launched an initiative for its customers, distributing 700 free packs of essential SPAR products. Each pack includes everyday items that complete the shopping basket and make daily life easier for Canarian households. With this gesture, the chain reinforces its connection with the island's families and demonstrates its commitment to providing real benefits to the community.
The initiative will run from this Friday, January 23, until February 5, 2026. During this period, customers who make purchases of €20 or more at SPAR Gran Canaria stores on the island will be randomly selected to receive gift baskets valued at €30. These include SPAR brand food and cleaning products, such as milk, coffee, cookies, croissants, rice, bleach, and kitchen roll, among many others.
The prizes will be awarded to customers at the participating store on the same day as the winning purchase. With this initiative, the company offers a direct incentive that reinforces customer loyalty and satisfaction, while also facilitating access to essential products.
In 2025, SPAR Gran Canaria launched several initiatives that resulted in tangible benefits for its customers: 2.700 product bundles distributed, valued at €81.000, in addition to €25.000 in discount vouchers and €46.000 in store credit cards. These were complemented by recurring savings initiatives highly valued by consumers, such as bi-weekly brochures with special prices, exclusive fruit and vegetable offers every Wednesday, and a special sale on the last weekend of each month.
The company also has the My SPAR Club loyalty program, which offers exclusive benefits, personalized coupons and a permanent discount for accredited large families at any SPAR Gran Canaria establishment on the island.
