The Loro Parque Group has implemented an ambitious reorganization of the management teams at its main assets in Gran Canaria: Siam Park (Loro Parque SA) and the Poema del Mar aquarium. The Kiessling family has strengthened its direct control over these companies, integrating new key family members and simplifying their management structure to meet the tourism challenges of 2026.
At the company managing the highly anticipated Siam Park project in southern Gran Canaria, a significant technical change has taken place. While Wolfgang Friedrich Kiessling remains as president and CEO, the support structure has been completely revamped. The most notable change is the departure of Jaime Rodríguez Cie as secretary, a position now assumed by Cybell Amalia Buerbaum Kiessling, who also joins the board of directors. Generational continuity is ensured with the appointments of Brigitte Ursula Kiessling as first vice president and Christopher Kiessling as second vice president and deputy secretary.
In parallel, Poema del Mar SA has undergone identical changes, seeking operational symmetry across all of the group's leisure centers in the province. In this case, the resignations of the previous board have been formalized, paving the way for a new structure where, once again, Wolfgang Kiessling assumes the presidency and CEO roles. As with the parent company of Siam Park, Cybell Amalia Buerbaum Kiessling takes over as Secretary and Board Member, while Brigitte and Christopher Kiessling consolidate their positions as First and Second Vice Presidents, respectively.
This restructuring represents a strategic shift for three main reasons: The replacement of external managers with members of the Kiessling family ensures complete alignment with the founders' vision; the strengthening of the management team of the company in charge of the water park in southern Gran Canaria indicates an administrative boost for the group's expansion plans; and by unifying the management of Poema del Mar and Siam Park, the group optimizes decision-making, enabling more agile management of resources and planned investments for the coming years.
